The price list is divided into daily rates, which include hotel service with daily cleaning. Weekly rates, on the other hand, include a midweek cleaning with a towel change. For stays longer than one week, bed linen will be changed.
The kitchenette must be left clean and tidy; otherwise, a final cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the total amount is required, with the remaining balance to be paid upon key collection. The bank transfer must include the name under which the booking was made. If the account holder’s name differs from the booking name, please specify it along with the arrival and departure dates.
During the summer season, a €100 deposit is required as a guarantee against possible damages, to ensure the kitchen is properly maintained upon departure, and to cover any extra services such as the bar or other amenities, which must be settled before departure.
